You will work on a one-on-one basis with the Shape-Up Team, but there will also be training sessions with others of the same ability, body composition and athletic capabilities. There are also people who sign up before they reach the life-threatening stage where gastric bypass surgery is the only option open to them. In addition, Fat Camp can be useful for those who have undergone bypass surgery and are looking to keep the weight off permanently.

However, you don't have to be super-sized to join us. Nonetheless, all participants are required to work as hard as they can to transform their bodies - prepare yourself for a hard-hitting environment like you'd find on TV show The Biggest Loser or a rehab clinic - you won't find the kind of pampering you have come to expect from weight loss spas!
