Jump School is military inspired, full body kick ass workouts with emphasis on fun. This program is available as part of cycle 3 of The Original Boot Camp, personal training, and private bookings for sports teams.
The format is the same as The Original Boot Camp; structured, innovative role play of a Drill Sergeant which will enable you to become a recruit. Its hardcore, and takes the highest level of discipline.....but beginners are often the first to sign up! This dynamic coaching approach pushes the envelope of your fitnes, so you can get fast and furious! After a couple of weeks your reaction time will be quick like a soldier, with the leg power as explosive as a mogul skier. Functional Fitness Our variety of training tools keep your mind alert while you co-ordinate your motor skills and balance. By adding Jump School to your regular fitness regime, you increase efficiency to your training cycle with functional fitness. Jump School improves balance, postural alignment, free gait, flexibility, core strength, strength through varied movements, and aerobic/anaerobic capacities. Cat Smiley's system works your entire body through complete range of motion, working strong cross-training techniques in an environment that is ever changing. This includes consistent explosive leg power, hamstring stabilization, trail running and lifting random objects through natural ranges of motion. We use tools such as agility ladders, parachute sprinters, reaction belts, medicine balls, cones. And of course, it's always shaken up with team challenges.
