90 Day Challenge

90 Day Challenge is a GREAT addition to Whistler's summer sports; outdoor back-to-basics training with our best personal trainers. This strength based program provides

  • similar resistance training to Boot Camp, without the military approach, accountability, or running.
  • suitable for those who are too injured to do Boot Camp in a fast paced group environment (referring slower personalized guidence in an inspiring outdoor setting)
  • at your own pace, ensuring success every session. Great foundation for fall session of Boot Camp.
  • suitable as a Tuesday and Thursday workout for those at Boot Camp M-W-F.
  • Safe for new Mums who are ready to get their body back but not ready for vigorous sprints or lake swims LOL.
  • Education for those new to working with weights and body resistance
  • Variety for athletes needing condensed strength training

Teenagers 13-17 accompanied by an adult, beginners to expert weight lifting abilities are all welcome. The workout focuses on building stabilization, foundational and resistance strength, toning and shaping your summer body.

Once you have finished the 8 weeks, you take home the knowledge to continue this no gym workout on your own,as outlined in your The Original Boot Camp book. We challenge you to keep going for 30 more days!

Price for 8 weeks: Members: $300 +tax.
  New Members: $375 +tax*
  Boot Campers enlisted in summer session: $250+tax
Registration: Limited (average instructor/coach ratio; 1:7)

INCLUDES:

  • 8 weeks (60 days) of strength and resistance training programs. We will train you to do the last 30 days on your own!
  • Ongoing support as needed throughout program
