Cat Smiley's 5 Step System
What stage are you at? It takes more than just motivation to be able to 'turn on the exercise switch' and make permanent changes through a healthier lifestyle. Cat Smiley has developed a 5 Step System to help our customers achieve permanent fitness, and enable our coaches to help you fast-track the process.
Step one: You do not recognize that you are negatively affecting your health by not exercising or eating a proper diet. Family members or friends may have given you advice or tried to motivate you to change, but at this stage you are happy with the way you are. Few people would be reading this website as they are not considering getting fit any time soon.
Step two: You are considering making a change in their life. Unfortunately this usually comes from a scare or threat to the person’s health, or through a recommendation from a doctor to start exercising. You are likely gathering information; good for you! Please let us know if we can help you find a program at K!CK ASS WORKOUTS that works for you.
Step three: You are preparing to get healthy! This is an exciting time, and is when most of our clients sign up with us. You recognize that you need to start exercising to make positive affects on your life. We are there as your support team and coaches to help you keep a safe pace, and produce rapid results to ensure you stay motivated. Together we will set fitness goals that are reasonable and attainable to achieve, and make sure you stay away from the typical “all or nothing” mentality that is typical during this stage.
Step four:Action! You're doing it! This stage normally comes within 21 days of training with us. Clients can see their fitness goals clearly, and it seems natural to exercise. But there will be days that the motivation is not as high as others, and having the team at K!CK ASS WORKOUTS as your solid support group will be important.
Step five: Congratulations! You have turned on the 'exercise switch' and will stick with your exercise plan no matter what. Your coaches are there to keep challenging your physical limits, and to keep your workouts fresh. No one is perfect and always give yourself credit for finding the motivation to make changes in your life to be a better healthier YOU!!
