Our structured, purpose-driven schedule follows a flow of workouts that modify to you as needed. This is based on each individuals athletic response to the weather, to mentalities, to energy levels, and all things human.

Training like an athlete right from base level as a beginner will give you a rock solid foundation to build upon. This  includes functional movement patterns that our trainers will teach you to master. We’ll take you through essential movement patterns that give you the strength and health to live optimally. 

Cat Smiley Boot Camp has put all the fundamentals of fitness – strength, speed, power, mobility, agility and coordination – and merged it with doable post/pre workout rituals. This creates the beefed up package that is our program.

Leave the logistics, knowledge and thinking to us, you’re assigned an athlete manager for the duration of your stay who’ll coach you to success (beyond the workouts).

Where to begin? In this 28 day fat camp journey there have been many ups and downs. Starting at 220 lbs, I never thought that within my stay I would ever reach ‘One-derland” in such a short time! Today I am at 25 lb weight loss. Feeling lighter and 13 inches smaller, I am motivated to keep going for incorporating healthy living, along with healthy eating habits and an active lifestyle today and always. The group of women that I’ve met here at the fitness retreat are also all phenomenal in their own individual ways with incredible personal stories and experiences! You are all my heroes and you all motivate me more than you know! In this journey I have truly realized my god-given potential and will keep striving to be the best that I could be in healthy and active living.
