Hello and welcome!

Lifestyle blog has been on my list of ‘must-do’ things for seriously years… it’s exciting for me to finally launch! I love to write, and find it useful to have articles and resources available for my clients. From fitness programming for individual conditions through to sharing a plant-based recipe.

This will be more than just a lifestyle blog. It’ll be fitness, food, travel, home organization, luxury travel, wellness, productivity and all the things I feel like sharing.

Writing is a great joy for me, and once I get on top of my (ever growing) task list of the essential things, I’m really hoping to write more often. I used to be a professional writer, member of the Canadian Association of Journalism and syndicated health columnist to over 300 Canadian community newspapers.
