Delicious and easy, with just a few ingredients
Seed crackers with guacamole
If you haven’t made crackers before, this is a great addition to weight loss meal plan. Chia seeds are highly absorbent, soaking up the water into a gel-like paste within 5 minutes. It’s a great way to use up leftover seeds. To make the guacamole, mix 1/2 avocado with lime juice.
Nutrition per serving: 280 cals, 14 g carb, 8 g protein, 24 g fat.
Ingredients (4 servings)
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Tbsp Herb Mix Seasoning
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 Cup Water
Preheat the oven to 175C.
Combine all the seeds together with water and seasonings. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seed mixture evenly until flat.
Bake for 30 minutes then remove from the oven, cut them into squares, flip them and bake for another 15 minutes.
Meanwhile combine the guacamole ingredients in a bowl and mash until you have your desired consistency.
